We have early tables available (6.45-8.45), late tables from 8.45 onwards or a limited number of tables from 7.30pm

STARTERS

 

Smoked salmon with deep fried oysters in a tempura batter with wholegrain mustard dressing

 

Smooth chicken liver pâté with Mojac’s red onion chutney and warm ciabatta toast

 

Crab and mango tian with a spicy tomato dressing

 

Black pudding, quail egg and crispy bacon salad

 

Ratatouille tart on butternut squash topped with mozzarella cheese

 

Fresh homemade winter vegetable chowder with garlic and herb toast

 

MAIN COURSES

 

Beef en croute with a mushroom and stilton filling topped with roasted parsnips and carrots and a red wine sauce

 

Pan fried duck breast on a stir fry of pak choi, spring onions and leeks with a ginger and honey sauce

 

Slowly cooked belly of pork on a sage and onion mash with sugared apples, crackling and pork sauce

 

Stuffed chicken breast with parma ham and garlic cream cheese with Lyonnaise potatoes and a green peppercorn sauce

 

Grilled fillets of bass with roasted peppers, olives and onions with a pesto dressing

 

Stuffed field mushroom with a spinach, pine nut and feta cheese stuffing served on a red pepper risotto with a pesto dressing

 

All main courses are served with fresh vegetables

 

DESSERTS

 

Raspberry pavlova topped with raspberries and cream finished with a raspberry coulis

 

Homemade chilled lemon tart with clotted cream
