Homemade smooth chicken liver pâté with red onion chutney and warm French bread toast
Feta cheese, roasted pepper and olive salad with Dijon mustard dressing
Mojac’s crayfish and smoked salmon cocktail
Crispy bacon and black pudding salad with a French dressing topped with a soft poached egg
Avocado and seafood medley with a lemon dressing
Fresh homemade mushroom and butterbean soup with a dolcelatte crouton
MAIN COURSES
Slowly cooked beef with horseradish mash and a rich red wine and mushroom sauce
Belly of pork stuffed with chorizo and spinach topped with crackling and a pork sauce
Leg of English lamb en croute wrapped in puff pastry with a mushroom and mint filling served with a rich lamb sauce
Stuffed breast of English chicken filled with brie and sun dried tomatoes with a creamy chicken sauce
Pan fried breast of duck with a slowly cooked duck leg served with an orange sauce
Grilled fillets of sea bass with peppers, olives and a pesto dressing
Grilled whole fresh plaice with large prawns and Moroccan butter
Deep fried aubergine in beer batter layered with spinach and a tomato, onion and herb sauce finished with mozzarella cheese
