topped with freshly grated parmesan and a soft poached egg

Homemade smooth chicken and mushroom
pâté with red onion chutney and warm ciabatta
INTERMEDIATE
A shot of roasted red pepper soup
topped with cream
Pan fried English fillet steak
served on a horseradish potato mash with a beef sauce topped with roasted
carrots
Roasted breast of duck with a honey
and ginger sauce topped with a stir fry of bean sprouts and spring onions
Breast of chicken en croute wrapped
in puff pastry with a brie and mushroom filling finished with a creamy
chicken sauce
Pan fried supreme of halibut with
tiger prawn tails and mussels in a Moroccan butter
Homemade tomato pasta cannelloni
filled with spinach and ricotta cheese on a bed of roasted aubergines and
