STARTERS
Melon tossed in lime, honey, Tequila
and mint
Smoked salmon terrine with soft cheese
and prawns with a cucumber pickle
Smooth chicken liver pâté with warm
ciabatta toast and Mojac’s red onion chutney
Spicy crab and spring onion cakes with
a sweet chilli sauce
Avocado and feta cheese tart on a
rocket and grilled red onion salad
INTERMEDIATE
Shot of pea soup topped with cream and
crispy bacon dust
Stuffed breast of chicken filled with
garlic cheese and parma ham
with Lyonnaise potatoes and a green peppercorn sauce
Slowly cooked brisket of beef served
on a stilton mash topped with roasted parsnips, carrots and a rich beef red
wine sauce
Braised lamb shank served on a creamy
butternut squash mash with an onion and rosemary sauce
Pan fried red snapper supreme, served
on a creamy garlic mash with lobster sauce topped with tiger prawns
Deep fried aubergine stack
Aubergine cooked in a chive batter topped
with cheddar and mozzarella cheese finished with a tomato, onion and herb sauce
