Mojac's A La Carte Restaurant

Christmas Party Season at Mojac's

All Christmas bookings receive the traditional Christmas trimmings including crackers and party poppers.

The Restaurant is elegantly decorated for the festive season from Thursday, 26th of November, which signifies the start of the Mojac's Christmas Season. 

Our last night will be 23rd December - we do not open over Christmas itself.  We are again open though for New Years Eve.

All Christmas Party bookings require a £10 non-refundable deposit to guarantee the booking.

We are open Monday to Saturday throughout December for both Lunch and Dinner.

STARTERS

 

Smoked salmon and grilled red onion relish salad

 

Smooth chicken liver pâté with tomato chutney and fresh herb and garlic bread

 

Warm roasted pepper, olive and feta cheese salad with chive vinaigrette

 

Homemade smoked haddock and spring onion fish cake with a creamy cheese sauce

 

Crayfish and prawn cocktail with Mojac’s tomato cocktail sauce

 

Fresh homemade creamy mushroom and butter bean soup

 

MAIN COURSES

 

Traditional roast turkey with homemade stuffing, chipolatas, bacon roll,

cranberry sauce and a roast turkey gravy

 

Slowly cooked beef on horseradish mash with a red wine sauce

 

Leg of lamb en croute wrapped in puff pasty with a mushroom and mint filling served with a rich lamb and rosemary sauce

 

Pan fried breast of duck on a confit of duck leg with an orange sauce

 

Pan fried fresh supreme of salmon teriyaki on homemade Chinese five spice noodles topped with leeks and bean sprouts

 

Grilled fillets of plaice with chorizo sausage, peas and garlic butter

 

Red onion tart topped with goats cheese on roasted butternut squash with a tomato and olive dressing

 

DESSERTS

 

Traditional Christmas pudding with fresh double cream or brandy sauce

 

Raspberry pavlova topped with fresh raspberries and cream and a raspberry coulis

 

Vanilla pannacota with black cherries

 

Warm chocolate brownies with homemade chocolate sauce and mint chocolate ice cream

 

Selection of cheeses with biscuits and celery
